Why North Creek Rafting?

Small groups.
Experienced guides.
The real Adirondacks.

We know the rapids. We also know when to stop for lunch, which layers make a cold day comfortable and how to help your crew paddle together.

Guides who know the river

New York State licensed guides lead the way. Owners Nate and Becky Pelton have spent more than two decades guiding Adirondack rivers.

More than just the rapids

The Gorge day trip includes a freshly prepared river lunch. Between the waves, there’s time to take in the forest, ledges and river bends.

A more personal adventure

We keep trips small. Ask about a private raft, talk through your group’s needs and get clear advice before you book.

Our flagship river day

This is the
Hudson Gorge.

Start with three miles of Indian River whitewater, then paddle into the Hudson. The Gorge drops 650 feet through wild Adirondack country, with Class III–IV rapids and a lunch stop on shore.
