Our published cancellation policy applies to rafting reservations. Read it before reserving, and contact the team with questions about your booking.
14 days or more before the trip
Trips canceled 14 days or more before the trip date receive a full refund. The refund must go to the original card used, or a 10% processing fee is charged. Confirm the refund method with the team.
13 days or less before the trip
Trips canceled 13 days or less before the trip date receive no refund. This includes late arrivals and no-shows. The published policy states there are no exceptions because available river spaces are limited and pre-trip expenses are incurred.
Transferable reservations
Reservations are transferable. Contact North Creek Rafting Company to arrange a transfer and confirm that the replacement participants meet the trip’s requirements.
If you may need to cancel
The operator encourages guests concerned about cancellation to consider trip-cancellation insurance. Review any coverage with its provider; the site does not sell or guarantee an insurance policy.
